The Conference will provide you with information from a National perspective and from experts in the field of Patient Experience. It will provide a practical guide to measuring, understanding and acting on patient experience feedback. You will also gain an insight into the manager’s perspective and learn from patients and the public on how they have been involved to make improvements to the experience for patients and carers.
