“The key for organisations is to demonstrate they are responsive to patients… this is not just about metrics or the friends and family test, this is about insight drawn from a number of sources and understanding how that can be acted upon.. surveys play a role but only when you demonstrate they have be used to drive improvement”
Neil Churchill, Director of Patient Experience, NHS England June 2013
The Conference will provide you with information from a National perspective and from experts in the field of Patient Experience. It will provide a practical guide to measuring, understanding and acting on patient experience feedback. You will also gain an insight into the manager’s perspective and learn from patients and the public on how they have been involved to make improvements to the experience for patients and carers.
Further information will follow. For any queries, please contact Lorraine Bateman in the Patient Experience Team, via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
